The annual expendable income generated by the Fund and computed in accordance with the Foundation's policies and procedures, which may be revised from time to time, will be used to provide financial support for the Rugby Football Club, including but not limited to expenses related to travel, equipment, facilities, scholarships, coaches' stipends, and sepcial projects.

The coach of the Rugby Football Club must submit requests for funding to the Program Director.M/p>
